I have been holding lectures (as replacement teacher or in order to represent specific topics):
- Automatisierungssysteme
- Distributed Control Systems
- Engineering und
- Struktur- und Verhaltensmodellierung mit UML
Also I am responsible for concept and organization of following excercises:
Struktural and behavioral modeling with UML (Practical Training)
Basing on the UML-based tool Rhapsody (IBM) students gain practical experience with using UML. Starting from a UML-based design, in different excercises, the students generate software for different target platforms:
- MS Windows
- qfix SoccerBoard
- Raspberry Pi (in Vorbereitung)
Software development processes (design, implementation, test) and the relevant UML diagrams are represented with the appropriated tools.
Distributed control technologies
A group of students researches different technologies for distributed control systems:
- Node RED (IBM)
- IEC 61131 (Codesys)
- IEC 61499 (4DIAC)
- DOME (ifak e.V.)
Besides the theoretic research and comparison of the technologies (based on literature research) the students gain practical experiences with a test-platform based on Raspberry Pi.
